BIO
Marin Ping

Marin is a chief / x / officer who believes more startups teams should go zero to one.
How? Business experiments, of course. Marin collabs with startups as a fractional exec to structure ideation, strategy and execution to de-risk and validate the business model, faster. She leverages diverse experiences in startup operations and tech to fill functional gaps. After seeing many startup teams stretching to balance great ideas with great execution, she launched Human CxO as a "McKinsey for startups" to:
test / de-risk / design / validate / build / compare / cancel / expand / brand / differentiate / segment / monetize / pivot / map / discover / launch / sell / retain / pitch / grow / plan / evolve / scale / advise
